Rescheduling Policy:

In the event you need to reschedule your move, you must submit the request in writing via email at info@247moving.net. info@247moving.net.

Any inquiries or requests for reschedules or cancellations that are made outside of office hours, will be considered as effective the following business day and subject to the applicable cancellation/rescheduling policies. Our office hours are as follows: M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-4pm, closed on Sundays.
Requests made within 3 business days or more from the scheduled moving date are not subject to a rescheduling fee. Moves rescheduled with less than 3 business days will incur a rescheduling fee equal to the standing deposit. In the event of a rescheduling fee, a new deposit will need to be made prior to the confirmation of your rescheduled move.

Cancellation:

Your deposit is non-refundable but will stay on account for up to 12 months, minus any applicable fees if cancelled with 3 business days or more notice prior to the service date. Any inquiries or requests for reschedules or cancellations that are made outside of office hours, will be considered as effective the following business day and subject to the applicable cancellation/rescheduling policies. Our office hours are as follows: M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-4pm, closed on Sundays.
