Update: one of the owners contacted me and issued a refund for the damaged goods. Original: I wanted to give this company 5 stars but customer service fell short in the end. Initially communication was quick, concise and professional. The movers were timely, friendly and efficient. Overall, an easy move. One of the movers dropped a box in the garage. He opened it and the items on top were fine. I later discovered some broken items, reported it to the owner and requested compensation. I followed up a week later and still no response. While I think compensation was warranted, even if the answer was no, I would have appreciated the courtesy of a response.
